Form is sending email on desktop but not on mobile?

    Hi everyone, looking for some help please. I have set this site up as per url above. SMTP etc set up. Test email works, page itself works on desktop when testing, but when I try and complete on mobile, when you press submit it goes through the motions, but doesn’t send anything.

    Can anyone explain please?
