Form is not sending requests to e-mail #2 + subject line

Hej, I have the following problem:
I just updated Contact Form 7 to its latest version and the form is not properly working since.
Meaning, I can fill out and send the form incl. the message that this has been successful, but I’m not receiving an e-mail with the request.
I haven’t changed anything about the form though and don’t use reCAPTCHA. Within the plugin Flamingo, I can see the new requests. Using WordPress in German in case that matters.
What could cause the problem and how can I solve it? Thanks in advance!
Also: I created a new contact form on another page of my website but instead of “Wedding music | [your-name]” which should be written in the subject line, it just puts “[your-subject]” there on Flamingo, even though I don’t even use a your-subject tag within this form…

@takayukister Hello Takayuki, thanks for your reply and for creating this plugin!
The recipient address of my form is an e-mail address that just works as an alias and automatically forwards e-mails to my Outlook (@live.at) address. On Outlook.com I have the form’s sender e-mail address on my whitelist, so this shouldn’t be the problem I guess?
At least the second part of my question about the wrong subject line has resolved itself: While in Flamingo it shows it incorrectly, I just received a really delayed e-mail with the right subject + it had [SPAM] in the subject…
