Form is not live

    Hi,

    Thanks so much for creating this and dealing with all of our annoying questions. We appreciate it!

    So I’m stumped. I did everything I thought I was supposed to (I reverted to the old form, I changed sharing permissions, I embedded the “view” url), and for some reason what shows up is a non-live version of the form (ie, the dropdown doesn’t function as a dropdown).

    Any ideas?

    Looks ok to me – I see the following four choices on the drop-down:

    • mine
    • yours
    • ours
    • no one’s

    It looks like you need some CSS styling to move the required asterisk but other than that, it looks like I would expect it to look.

    So strange. It was showing up as plain text before. Now it looks good.

    In any case, thanks so much for creating this!
