    Sorry here are the most recent error codes. I don’t know how long it has been messing up. Just wanted to push for more subscribers and noticed the form has stopped working.

    Hi,

    The error indicates there is a required field, named MMERGE3 that is not included in the form.

    I recommend setting that field to NOT be required in your MailChimp field settings for that list.

    I completed deleted the form fields and rebuilt the form. It seems to be working now. I think it has been broken for a several months. Is there a way to be notified when there is an error, or do I just have to keep checking the logs? I am about to do a huge push for new subscribers and am concerned about it. I haven’t had any for a while, and this error is probably why.

    Hello,

    I regret to say we do not have any automated notification system when there are any errors. So I would suggest regularly checking the logs.
