Form is loading inconsistently

    Hi I am using this plugin for the first time.

    I needed to display a formula converter for a client, setup was great and I got the formula I needed plugged in right away. The issue is that it loads inconsistently.

    When I’m logged into the site (Chrome) it loads 100% of the time.
    When I use chrome incognito, or firefox, it will load sometimes, and other times not. During periods when it is not loading, it does not load on any device that I check. So it appears to be an issue with the site/plugin as opposed to my device.

    I’ve enabled the Classic scriptload in settings. We also use Breeze as our cache plugin.

    Would love to stick with this plugin but if I can’t get it to load everytime will need to find another solution.

    Hello @chris6125

    You are using the “breeze” plugin for caching your website, and I guess you are loading caching versions of the web pages that don’t include the form. The issue is not happening when you are logged in because in this case, the “breeze” plugin is loading fresh versions of the web pages.

    I’ve tried clearing the Breeze cache in the past but had the issue reoccur. Is there anything else you could suggest?

    Something I didn’t mention originally is our hosting server uses a Varnish. I turned that off as well!

    Please, try disabling the optimization options in the “Breeze” plugin for minifying the HTML code, and the options to minify and combine the javascript files.

    Please, remember to purge the caches after editing the plugin’s settings.

    I will try this and check in throughout the week to see if this fixes the issue.
