Form is in maintenance mode every time I migrate with Softaculous

Would it be possible to automatically run “remove maintenance mode” during a softaculous install or something?

It’s not that big a deal to fix, but my bigger concern is making sure to remember every time I go live. Plus I don’t really want it to go down in the first place even if it’s just for a minute.
