Form is blacked out and i cannot enter anything

Hi since i got no answer on my previous question i had to post it again ??,
i integrated my contact form into the plugin “cart to quote” which allows to send a form at the end of the woocommerce checkout process. Somehow the whole form is black and i cannot enter anything.

To reprocuce it please visit: https://kandinsky-tybands.creazed.com/produkt/individuelle-tybands/ , click on the purple button “In den Warenkorb” and then on “Warenkorb anzeigen” (open cart).
There you can see the form.
