Form inside PopBox closes if Required Fields aren’t filled in

    On our contact page, https://garberfleet.wpengine.com/contact-us/, we have 3 buttons below each of our team members that say, “Email Me”. When you click on that it pulls up your PopBox and a form inside of it (using Gravity Forms).

    The problem we’re having is when you fill out that form – but miss one of the required fields – it closes out of the PopBox. Giving the appearance that the message successfully sent. When you go back to the “Email Me” button, you see that the required fields validation messages display.

    How do we set it so that if something that is required isn’t filled out and the user hits submit – that it lets them know – and they stay in that window?

    Sounds to me like when the submit fails the form is reloading the page – this would cause the Popup to close.

    Can you confirm with the author of Gravity form that is the normal behavior and if it can be adjusted somehow?
