Form inserting text to page/post

  • Hello to everybody,

    firstly i would like appologise for my poor english.
    And secondly i am trying to find some help, how can i create a contact form in page/post, where can my subscribers choose some options and write some text and that whole content will be saved in page/post after they will send it. So they will be not able to delete what they send as under comments.
