Every few days, people are unable to submit the form with the error message:

‘The form was unable to submit. Please contact the site administrator.’

Without doing anything, it will then work again. I have contacted my hosting company who say there is no error log or issue on their end.

Wordpress dashboard has the following errors, but unable if they are related:

‘www.sydneymaxfacs says Conflict with another plugin which overwrites jQuery’ and

‘Google Maps Widget is NOT compatible with the new widgets edit screen (powered by Gutenberg). Install the official Classic Widgets plugin if you want to continue using Google Maps Widget. Or install the free Map Block plugin as the fastest way to add a great map to any post or sidebar.’

I’m unsure if either error message that pops up is relevant.

Can anyone shed light on this? I have the same plugin on a different site with a different web host and have never had an issue.

    Thank you.

  • Hey @susankok,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I looked at the form, and I was able to submit the form and it seems to be working fine on my end. Screenshot

When you get a chance, can you please clear the cache and see if that fixes the issue for you?

    Kindly,

Thank you so much for your reply – I deleted all the plugins on the site and it seems to be functioning better. Must have been some sort of interference, but so far so good.

Really appreciate your taking the time to reply.

    Kind regards,

    Susan
