Form in Popup not triggering second popup

  • Hello – I wasn’t able to find any other topic in the support forum with this issue. I’m using a form in a popup and on close, triggering a confirmation popup. The popup comes up shortly after you go to the home page. The same form is also available on a regular page on the site (https://www.dulleselectric.com/lighting-sale-summer-clearance-sale).

    The form operates as expected on the regular page (opens the confirmation popup on submission), but not when the form is in a popup window.

    I’ve tried creating all new forms and popups and the problem persists. I have implemented this same scenario on dozens of other sites without issue so I’m a bit stumped.

    Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions to resolve? Thank you!
