Form in not working in static front page

    HI,
    I am developing a WordPress site .
    The link is : https://www.desiznstudio.com/paul/test/

    I have used Rainmaker plugin to create form for email subscription.
    In the site I have used to different forms, one in header and footer and another is in sidebar.

    The problem is that in the home page ( which is a static front page) both header and footer forms are not working. Once filled up the info and submit it will redirect to a 404 page without submitting the form info to admin panel.

    Please check this link : after using the header form in home page or front page the following redirection occurs:

    But if we go any inner page then all the forms works fine.
    Please solved this problem.

    I need one more thing. All I want to keep the user in same page after submitting the form . In this case what will be the redirection URL so user will be in same page but formwill be refreshed and work properly.

    Hi Jack,

    We have checked your site.

    – We found there are few javscript errors in browser console window. We suggest you solve theme first.

    – Your theme is adding older version of jQuery(v1.7.1), WordPress itself loads(v1.12.4) and we recommend the same. We think updating to the latest version of jQuery will solve rainmaker issue and other js errors too.

    If this doesn’t solve the issue, let us know.

    I am having the same problem with a Rainmaker form – when submitted it goes directly to a 404 page.

    The site is https://www.oliveranddad.com and we have a rainmaker form on https://www.oliveranddad.com/blog/

    I have tried updating the themes etc as suggested above but it hasnt fixed the problem

    Hi Simon,

    We checked the links.
    We found jQuery is not loading on https://www.oliveranddad.com/blog/ and we also didn’t find any Rainmaker form on the blog. We also noticed jQuery is loading after Rainmaker script and that could be the reason for the error.

    Please, contact us here. We will provide you a quick fix.

    That worked

    The form now doesnt lead to a 404 error – but now the emails arent triggering

    I have set it up so the subscriber gets an email when they subscribe – and also so that I get an email letting me know we have a new subscriber – but neither is sending

    I set those settings up in Email Subscribers/ settings which i gather is an integration with Rainmaker?

    Also, we just posted a test post and the notification to subscribers (set up in Email Subscribers/ notifications) didn’t send/ weren’t received (although it says in Email Subscribers/ sent mails that they have been sent)

    The new subscribers are being entered in both the Leads list in Rainmaker and the Subscribers list in Email Subscribers – its just the emails that aren’t being triggered

    Any suggestions?

    I just enrolled a test address via the form – but neither the email to the new subscriber nor the notification to admin triggered

    Then I published a test post and, even though the sent log shows 4 emails sent, none of them were actually received

    Any thoughts about what I could try?

    Looks like you didn’t have a check here.

    Firstly, make sure you are using latest versions of WordPress & Email Subscribers.
    WordPress repository has many SMTP plugins that are freely available. Use any of the following plugins,
    1. WP Mail SMTP
    2. Easy WP SMTP
    3. Easy SMTP Mail

    Let me know if this works.

    @senthilbabu,

    Checked your site and Rainmaker for too.
    Please remove Rainmaker js from your minification plugin and this will solve your issue.
    Rainmaker css and js are already minified, so you don’t need to include in minification.
    Try it and let us know how it goes?

    i just removed both jquery.tipTip.min.js and main.js no change in results i am getting same 404 error.

    hi sandhya,
    At last solved the issue and user successfully able to subscribe,
    But unfortunately, user mail subscription request confirmation is not working and it shows blank white page after clicking or copy/paste the auto generated link.

    Kindly help me to solve the issue.

    @senthilbabu,

    Are you not able to see successfully subscribed message after you click on confirmation link from email?

    Please update Email Subscribers to v3.2.7 and then have a check and let me know if it works.
