Form import not working

    Forms built before 3 Dec 2017 will not import.

    All other plugins disabled.
    No no custom functions.php
    TwentySeventeen Theme

    My forms built before 12/3/2017 import with no fields
    A form I built today (Simple Contact Form) imports fine.

    I am working in offline dev test to resolve a problem where WpForms deleted all the fields in my form. (Reported separately)
