Form ID missing in WCAG audit

Hello. The following issue is diplayed in WCAG audit:

“HTML form control has no accessible name.”

The form is inserted using a shortcode.

Possible solutions include adding an “id” or an “aria-label” attribute to the form, however, I could not find how to do that in the plugin interface.

Can you please help on how I can add these attributes.
