Form ID = ????

If you look at the list of Google Forms on your WordPress Dashboard one of the columns will contain the short code syntax for your form.

You can also view the form after defining it by clicking on the “View Google Form” on the post editing screen.

I see the short code [wpgform id='<Google Form CPT Id>’ uid='<unique text string>’] where do you find the <Google Form CPT Id> ?

but no CPT ID

Dashboard > Google Forms

That will list all the Google Forms which have been defined in the system. One of the columns, I think it is the third one, will contain the shirt code for the Google Form.

If you haven’t defined your form within WordPress you need to do that before you use the short code.

Use the Dashboard > Google Forms > Add Google Form to define your form within WordPress.
