form goes to my email

Okay, now this is weird. I took a look at the notification settings like you asked, and discovered that I needed to change the reply to option there to read the email field. Once I did that, I sent myself a test message, and while the reply to field actually now shows the correct email address (in the test case being my personal one) but when I actually go to reply, it’s still sending the reply to the from email address of the form.

Hey @bobdavcav – Thanks for sharing the screenshot, however, it seems that the screenshot doesn’t show the reply-to section in the notification settings. When you get chance, can you please share a complete screenshot of the notification that also shows the values you’ve added int the reply-to field?

I looked at the screenshot, and the settings looks correct. Unfortunately, we’re unable to replicate the issue on our end.

In this case, when you get a chance, can you please replace the field smart tag in the Reply-To field with a hard-coded email address? Once you’ve added the email address, could you please let me know if the issue is still there?
