Form Go Nowhere – BASIC settings

    I need to know how to basically configure the forms to send to the emails where they need to be sent…

    I send the forms and they go nowhere.

    Can someone help with the BASIC form settings

    P.S. Please don’t hate… I am learning because my current programmer is currently unavailable.
