Form gets not submitted with checkbox

    The form does not submit, if it contains one or more checkboxes. I tested without checkbox (just normal text fields, e-mail, etc.) and it worked as expected. As soon as I add a checkbox, the form does not submit. When ‘send’ is clicked, the spinning icon appears, but stays forever and nothing happens.

    Ideas what I could investigate anyone? Thanks!
