    Hello,

I created a fresh form using forminator.

I have created a test page and embedded the shortcode there.

After publishing the page I don’t see the form being shown. When I open the devtools I see some errors related at

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘if’ (at (index):64:25548)

Not sure how to proceed with this.

    Appreciate your help in this.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @usefulforms01

    Hope you are doing well!

It is possible the console errors are preventing the form to display. First, try the following setting:

    1. Go to the Form editor and open the “Behavior” tab.
    2. In the “Rendering” section make sure the “Load form using AJAX” and “Prevent page caching on form pages” are enabled.

These setting could help avoid any conflicts to open the form in the page.

In case the issue persists, it is recommended to perform a conflict test. You’ll need to deactivate all the plugins, except Forminator, and switch to a basic theme. If the form displays in this way, start activating the plugins one by one until the issue occurs again, so you can identify the element causing the conflict.

Let know the results after you perform these recommendations.

    Kind regards

    Luis

Thank you for the quick response.

    The settings change didn’t work.

I’ll give it a try to the conflict test.
