Form from a plugin not found

    Hi there i need some help

    I have a newsletter plugin, but i receive the error [contact-form-7 404 “Not Found”] when i click on the icon to subscribe it.

    How do i edit the form [contact-form-7] from the plugin.

    Is there any plugin to edit the forms from the plugins installed?
