Form frequency

    I have a mailing list form set to Show on Page Load. I want it to appear every single time a guest visit the site, even if its the same visitor just 5 minutes ago. The frequency is in days so I set it to 0 days, however my popup is not showing. How can I get the popup to show on every page load?

    Hi, Please open your webpage in incognito window and then test the form. If the frequency is set to 0 days then it will always show on each page load. If you have test subscribed to it then it wont show for you even if the frequency is set to 0 days. Please test in incognito window to confirm.

    Yes I tested it in Private Browser on safari and it shows everytime I Visit the site (everytime I click within the site it pops up) but Not for clients returning to the site. For example, if I load the page from my computer in incognito mode, the pop up loads but when I visit from my phone it does not. I cannot instruct each client to visit in “icognito mode” as that defeats the purpose of having the “My Account” part of the site. What can I do to fix this?     Please check it out and let me know what I can do to fix it. I don’t want it to pop up everytime I click a new page within the site either, Only on the home page load.
