Form focus not reset to top

Hello,

This plugin is still working very good on latest WP versions. Great!

I have a display issue of scrolling and position.

For one of my questions, it displays a big form with some page scrolling (7-8 questions). When clicking on one of the buttons in the middle of the list, the next form is displayed, but the pointer position remains on the bottom of screen. You need to scroll up to see the start of the new form. I added some position:relative etc to the form, but no change.

This happens only for questions that exceeds one page. The position and scroll should be reset to the top of the form after each submit.

How to obtain this ? I guess this is Javascript as the form is using Ajax as the page is not reloaded.
