form filling blocked – pdf generate doesn’t work

    Good morning. The form without pdf generate linked, it works. If, on the other hand, it is connected, it waits and does not complete sending the data. I thought it was the linked recaptcha’s fault but the form actually works (with recaptcha and without pdf). I checked the other reports but couldn’t fix the problem. Thanks to the availability

    Thank you for reaching us out.

    While troubleshooting this issue, we found the mbstring extension with mbregex support is disabled on your server.

    As we have used the mpdf library, the mbstring extension with mbregex support must be loaded in order to run mPDF.
