Form fields that are prefilled with data

Hi,

Awesome plugin. Easy to use and it looks great out of the box.

Is it somehow possible to add form fields that are prefilled with data when the form is opened?

Specifically, I would like to prefill form fields with data from:
– a query string parameter
– a database query that returns a scalar (for example a post title or post body)

If it’s not possible out of the box, can you give us a pointer in the right direction if we need to code it ourselves?
