There isn’t an option for showing the “from email address” but you could add the purchasing customer’s email address by customizing the email template. Steps are found in this guide:

You can change the wording on the page by either “translating” the strings to your store’s language using the free Loco Translate plugin, or by overriding the template files as described in this guide:

You can add “Recipient Name” field easily with the PW Gift Cards Pro version. Simply check the box that says “Include recipient name” on the gift card product. This will add the field to the form and to the gift card email.
