Form fields not taking an input

    We have installed the plugin and are noticing some issues with the form fields on our checkout page. The form fields don’t always take an input…sometimes they do, sometimes they don’t. We did notice that when viewing in incognito, the fields tend to work fine.

    We took a look at the inspector when the fields are broken and found that the inputs don’t show up and are replaced by placeholder divs. There doesn’t seem to be any debugging information available.

    Any insights?

    Hi lindsayshelmire,

    Can you test with only WooCommerce and PayPal Powered by Braintree Payment Gateway activated while using a default theme? This would help identify any conflicts. If that helps, slowly enable features until you find the conflicting plugin or theme.
