Let me summarize the occurrences of the problem in a list.
- You reported the issue first time on 22nd April 2024.
- The issue was resolved by itself on 25th April 2024
- You reported the second time on 10th June 2024.
- The issue was resolved by itself on 4th July 2024
I cross-checked these dates with the plugin update releases and found that they do not coincide with the update releases.
This suggests that something else is causing the issue and fixing the issue.
It could be another plugin or the theme.
Answering your question, we do not conduct A/B Tests with plugin releases.
Our plugin updates are thoroughly tested in Beta versions and then released for public use.
To diagnose this issue and find out what is causing this, I would suggest setting up a Staging Site.
Then monitor the site for any issues and check if the same issues are occurring on the main site and the staging site.
