Form fields not coming through

Hi there

I’m having a problem with the fields not coming through from the second page to the third. I have a multiform tag bringing the fields from page one to page two, but then they are not coming through to page three.

I receive the tags in the email from page two but no information. Also none of the data I collect on the first page including name and email. I have placed the message body tags in both page two and three, I’m not clear on whether all should just be on page three or all forms should be set up individually.

Also, where are the attachments sent? I have the names in the form fields in the final email, but they are not attached to the email.
