• Hi there – I recently had my site redesigned and my theme updated. After the new theme went live my calculator fields disappeared. I can still see the calculator title listed on the page of calculators, but when I click settings, nothing is saved/carried over. I have access to the old site build and can see all the fields there, so is there a way to copy/paste those settings for that calculator and input them in the new theme?

    Hello @ssblog

I’m sorry, I don’t understand the issue totally.

Is the form being loaded properly in the public website?
Could you send me the URL to the web page where the form is inserted, please?

If you press the “Settings” button corresponding to the form in the settings page of the plugin, is the form builder being loaded properly?

    Best regards.

    Here’s the page: https://stuffedsuitcase.com/average-vacation-cost/
I see the name of the calculator listed in my list “Vacation Cost Calculator” but when I go to the settings all the form / fields are not there any longer. You’ll see on the webpage that it has a generic two fields and random title.

    Hello,

Please, create a ticket in my private website for checking the issue in detail, because that seems like you have redefined the forms’ structures in the database:
