Form Fields not showing

    The First and Last name form fields are not transferring over to wordpress from mailchimp. I’ve tried “renewing mailchimp lists” and nothing happens.

    The form fields show in both the general forms as well as under settings “List fields and *|MERGE|* tags”. Am I missing something?

    Any help would be much appreciated.

  • What form plugin are you using?

    I was never able to get the plugin to work with Formidable.

    Hi,

    After clicking the Renew Lists button, do you see the lists displayed underneath the button? Does it show an error instead?

    Did you already select the list under Form > Settings ?
    That should show the buttons for the fields of that list above the form editor. If no list is set no fields might show as the fields are per list.
