form fail message

  • I have recently installed this plugin on my site and i am wondering if its possible to do the following…

    I have an eligibility checker to see if the customer is eligible for our services, i want to be able to get the customer to complete the form and press submit and without the page sending via email at this point, show a Fail message if the customer doesnt fit our criteria for example i have a radio field type with either yes or no option, if the customer clicks no then they are not eligible, i would like them to be made aware of this and if they check yes then on the next page it will give them a message that Congratulations, it would appear that you are eligble, please click the button to send your request or something similar to that.

    Would this be possible using this plugin?

  • Hi btfspv, one method you could apply is by using Labels? Under the Field Label Settings you could customize the message letting them know that if they don’t agree to this “What ever the field is” then they cannot submit the form.

    This is just an idea.
