Form error on submission but still receiving email

Can you please enable the debug mode following this guide https://wpmudev.com/blog/debugging-wordpress-how-to-use-wp_debug/

Submit it again, the same issue will happen, but this time using (s)FTP or your hosting file manager please check the wp-content folder for a debug.log file, download it, upload to Google Drive and share the URL.

Hi @zenmonkey111,

It seems that Forminator is disabled on your site at the moment.
Can you please enable it now that you have debug log enabled, submit the form and after error occurs again check if you have debug.log file inside your /wp-content/ folder.
If you do, upload it to any file sharing service like GDrive or Dropbox and share the download link here so we can check it out.

Yea, sorry. I decided to install a different plugin.

I use yours on many other sites, so not sure why I was having issues with this site.
