Form error on submission but still receiving email

I did a quick test but couldn’t reproduce this issue, I was wondering if you can provide the URL where you have this form so we can test it?

I have the same issue, just that my form is never delivered. I strongly believe it has something to do with the length of my form ( https://impulsodanse.com/inscripcion/ ). and I already did the plugin conflict test AND STILL isn’t working. I have another contact form: https://impulsodanse.com/contacto/ and it is working fine.

On your site, there is a POST https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 400 (Bad Request) error showing when submitting a form. Please edit the form and change, in Behavior tab, Method from Ajax to Page Reload. Please see this screenshot:

Also please deactivate Load form using AJAX, and activate Prevent page caching on form pages, see if the form will submit, please see this screenshot:
