Form Error

  • I am in need of major assistance ASAP please someone help me.

    The website’s form at the top was working fine few days ago, up until i had few experiments with adding new plugins such as Chat and Other Contact forms..

    Now, the form dose not work any more..

    I have noticed that during the adding plugging process, there was new tables created in the SQL database.. i have deleted them and I also deleted the plugins but its still not working.

    Any help would be appreciated…
