    Hi,

    So I setup a new API key in Brevo (formerly Sendinblue).

    I created a new contact list in Brevo as well.

    I have entered the API key into the plugin global settings.

    I have entered the details into the Sendinblue form settings section of the Elementor form correctly from what I can see.

    However, the user is not being added to the list.

    I checked the Elementor Submissions and the submission was successful.

    Please could you kindly assist.

    Can you list the form fields you are using + the mapped attributes?

    Hey @webtica,

    Not a problem. Thanks for getting back to me.

    The only form field I am using is email (with field id “email”).

    Under the Sendinblue settings on the form I have “Email Field ID” set as “email”.

    I assume that would map to the “EMAIL” attribute on Brevo?

    Please let me know.
