In your screens I dont’ see any vars from fields.

Pls update your fields addon to latest version.

Also you should show failed test’s formulas, which you think fails.

the fields addon is lastest version now

However, I create new test with same question, answer, scale, fields, everything. New test can be published, it works.

I will try change theme , unable some addon

Pls check that your plugin is latest and all addons are latest versions.

As I see you just have error and not bad formula.

To research about fail sources try to disable all addons and see if it helps.

Then try to enable them one-by-one.
