Form Editor JS Load Error

    WP 5.7.2, CF7 5.4.1, CF7 Smart Grid 4.10.0, PHP 7.2
    WP is not in multisite mode.
    All other non cf7 plugins not active (another plugin does not appear to be cause of error).

    Any attempt to open existing contact form results in JS error, shown below:

    There is a Javascript error on the page which prevents the editor from loading properly.
    Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: li.cf7sg-tag-all,li.cf7sg-tag-text

    Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: li.cf7sg-tag-all,li.cf7sg-tag-text)

    Happens with all forms, even with default generated contact us form when add new is selected. One new form is saved, error occurs upon subsequent open of form.

    Deactivated/deleted reloaded/reactivated cf7 and cf7 smart grid plugins with same results.
