Form editing page is nonresponsive

    I am able to add a new form however all attempts to edit the form are met with non-responsive tabs and fields so the short code can’t be updated. I have tried using Firefox and Chrome and have been met with the same result.

    Hi, something is conflicting with the plugin or does not load correctly. If you press F12 to open Dev console at the bottom and go to Console tab, do you see any errors there when you load the page?
