Form Dropbox not working

Hi Takayuki,

I’ve read through the articles but still nothing seems to work. I’m trying to get my services form https://www.shopinpart.com/service-request/ to work properly. I added both of these to the Contact 7 Form and renamed the form Service Request. I was able to get the form to redirect to our main page once it is submitted. The problem is that none of the options are included in the email.

Here’s the Contact 7 Additions:

Select Service Type
[select* your-type “Boiler / Cooling Water Service” “Waste Water Service” “Reverse Osmosis Service” “Other”]

[select* ServiceRequest “Field Calibrations” “Boiler / Cooling Water Service” “Waste Water Service” “Reverse Osmosis Service” “Other”]

Here’s a copy of the email:

Subject: [returns the subject as input by the customer, works fine]

Message Body:
Waste Water was selected for the first dropdown
Other was selected for the seccond dropdown

As you can see by the email there is no value for either of the dropdowns selected. Anyone have any idea why?
