@proyectosmc would you download the “System Info” report from the plugin and send it to site-reviews[at]geminilabs.io

    Thank you.

The AJAX request of Site Reviews when submitting a review uses a WP Nonce to protect the form from certain types of misuse, malicious or otherwise. If the Nonce token is expired, the result returns zero which will prevent the form from being submitted.

I can see that you are using the “WP Fastest Cache” plugin to speed up your website.

If the page with the Site Reviews form is cached, the Nonce value of the form is cached as well. The problem here is that a Nonce value expires after 12 hours, so if the cache of that page is not cleared twice daily then the form will stop working after that time.

Would you please disable any caching plugins that you are using and then reload the page and see if the submission form works?

If disabling the caching plugin fixes the problem, then here is a possible solution moving forward:

In the “WP Fastest Cache Options” page you can add a new Cache Timeout rule that says if REQUEST_URI is the same as your reviews page, the once every 10 hours delete the cache files.

    I hope this helps.
