Form doesn't show up properly after user login

It is just a text listing of countries to be shown in the dropdown.

Do you have a link to your website that you’re using the plugin on? Also, what theme are you using for your website? It’s a possibility it may be a theme issue. We’d like to take a look and see what it might be.

Please keep in mind that there are default form fields for the address format dependent on what country is chosen. If you could supply the country (or countries) you would like to have added to the list (and the postal format(s) for it as well!) we will get to adding it for future versions of the Business Directory.

To address the issue with the form… We took a look at the page and what seems to be happening is that something – we can’t be sure exactly what – is turning the opacity of the form down to 10% (reflected in the inline style being being opacity 0.1).

This may be caused by something in the theme itself or a style added to the theme’s stylesheet. By default the opacity for the form is at 100%. Suffice it to say that something is messing up the opacity of the login form.

I can’t pinpoint the exact cause but I hope this information is helpful in tracking down the culprit.
