Form doesn’t show up on my website

    Hi,
    i am using forminator as a simple member registation form and it works fine on preview mode.
    But when i enter the shortcode via elementor i see nothing on builder or on my website.
    Am i doing something wrong?

    Update:
    I deactivated all plugins but still nothing happened. I use Astra Theme.

    I hope you’re well today!

    It seems that your site is currently set to “under construction” mode so I can’t take a look there but please make sure that when you are checking the page with a form you are actually a visitor (you are not logged-in to the site) as registration forms by default are not visible to logged-in users.

    This is quite commonly overlooked so I’m sorry if I’m stating the obvious but I’d rather make sure.

    If that doesn’t solve the issue, please also try look into these two settings of the form: “Load form using Ajax” and “Prevent page caching on form pages” on form’s “Behaviour” setitngs page – often switching them to “opposite setting than they are at the moment” (so switching off if enabled or switching on if disabled) can help.

    Hi Adam,

    I could turn maintanance mode off in order for you to take a look at my website but it won’t be necessary.
    Following your instructions i checked form’s Behaviour settings page and turned ON the “Load form using AJAX” option.
    Now the form shows up on my page and the issue is solved!
