When I submit a form on the front end, the notification email isn’t sent to notify me of a submission.

    Hello @bennymcl

I hope you are doing well today.

There are multiple items that can cause the form email notifications to don’t work properly.

    • Bad configuration on form notification settings, please make sure you have added a notification in forminator email notification menu, you can take a look at this document to learn more:
      https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/forminator/#email-notifications-forms
    • Email problems in the site itself or your hosting, since by default forminator uses your WordPress email functions, if you have issues with your admin emails the form notification also won’t work, you need to first make sure the admin emails are working fine than contact your hosting if you are not receiving any emails (like password reset).
You can use a email log plugin to see what is happening in background

If neither of the suggestions was helpful, you may try using an SMTP email plugin to improve the email delivery.

    Kind Regards
    Amin
