Form doesn’t send with signature field

  • Hello all,

    I know this topic was discussed on this forum, but I thought I would get confirmation before contacting our web hosting company.

    Whenever I add a signature field to a contact form, scribble something on it, and click Submit, I get this error.

    ——
    There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.
    ——-

    Now, if I leave the signature field blank, the messages goes through successfully.

    Would someone please tell me how to resolve this issue? Our site is on Dreamhost.
