Form doesn’t display in browsers

    I’m a new user of your forms. I created a form, created a page where I want it to go, and copied and pasted in the shortcode where I want it. When I publish the page, the page shows up fine, but there’s no form at all. When I view the page source, I see that there is a long script where the form is supposed to be, but it doesn’t display. Here’s the page:

    Glad to know I didn’t do anything wrong or that it wasn’t an incompatibility issue. It’s working perfectly now. Thank you for your quick reply.
