Form does not submit

  • I have tried multiple configurations but no matter what I do, when I click the “send” button to submit the form, I getting a spinning wheel to the right of the send button. What is interesting is when I use the contact form 7 shortcode, I get the same issue when this plugin is enabled. If I disable this plugin (without changing any code) then the issue disappears. I beleive the form is being validated because and incorrectly formatted email address returns an error. Any suggestions?

    I was not able to replicate the issue. I also can’t read Hebrew but Google Translate helped a bit. Zoho is complaining that you have not submitted one of the required fields. The required fields can be found here – https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/modules-fields.html#Leads (Last Name & Company look to be required).

    So, chances are, your mapping is wrong or your form was left blank for a required field. Do the fields “??-???” and “company” (default field name since you left Company mapping blank) exist in your CF7 form? Maybe you forgot to add the name of the “Company” field?

    As mentioned, the mandatory field are Last Name and Company fields.
    But, I do not have company on my form so i left “company” blank.
    What should I do?
