Form does not send confirmation emails

Hi,

I have been struggling to get the V3 recapture and form to work correctly in sync. When I enter details and submit the form a success message is displayed after hitting submit however no confirmation email is sent to my email nor is the recipient getting any confirmation emails.

Please could you help?

The form can be found on the contact page or at the bottom of the home page. They use the same form ID.
