You can try posting your URL / a more detailed description of the problem, and if it is a problem we’ve seen before, we can point you to a quick resolution and/or a documentation link with a guide on how to resolve it. Alternatively, power users on this forum might help you as well.
However, it’s hard for me to figure out what’s really going on with your site without your debug information. I know that it is frustrating to be asked to go through a different, paid channel, but this is how we support our products to ensure that we are able to continue to make great products for you.
