Form does not connect with GoToWebinar

  • I have set the keys and everything in settings. The shortcode works and shows a form.

    When using the form, the page refreshes to the same page (not to the id page in the shortcode) and no registration is created in GoToWebinar.

    – could this be a multi-site issue?
    – could this be because I have a trial account at GoToWebinar?
    – do you have any suggestions of what could be wrong?

    I have tested the form as well with all plugins turned off (except ACF).

    Thanks for the post and apologies for delayed response. Are you able to post 1) which version of plugin you are running 2) which version of PHP you are running?
