Form displaying on Captcha code field only other fields are dissappeared

    I am displaying the scheduling form inside a pop-up which works fine if click on “ecommerce accelerator session” link on Footer (Homepage) but when I’m trying to access it from inner pages or add it to a new page it shows only the Captcha code field and submit button. Other fields don’t show up.

    I found the solution as I just need to change the script load method to direct.

    Hi,

    Nice to read you already found the solution. Yes, if the form is loaded (probably with ajax) into a popup, then changing the script load method to “direct” is a solution.

    Hi,

    After chanding script load method to “direct” the fields reappeared however, “Security Code” goes missing and even “Submit” button doesn’t work. I wonder what could be the reason because on the landing page the appointment form works fine but when displaying the same form simultaneously on a separate page security code goes missing.

    Is this something you can help me with?

    The “script load method” setting shouldn’t cause problems with having the calendar on different pages. Could you please indicate the address of the page where the problem happens.
